How to make a new league without replacing another league/club

I have been looking on videos and asking people but I have not been able to find any luck in this question.

If someone could teach me how to do basic modding on FIFA 23 or just lead me in the right way as in telling me people that could help me etc.
I have no experience with modding and my final objective is too add a few leagues without replacing any leagues/clubs. To start I would appreciate if someone could just help me with some basic modding. Thanks.

I can probably teach you based on Fifa 22 but I don’t have Fifa 23. It’s probably very similar.

I need to add a new league to my current mod over the weekend so I’ll write up the steps. I’ve been considering doing a video series and a website to show how I’ve been able to mod things.
