Game crashes after using a (modded) club in Kick-off

I'm working on the UEFA Leagues Patch along with some other people, and every time we kick off with maccabi haifa and some other clubs, the game crashes. we know it's the squadfile but it's not teamplayerlinks. Can someone help?

Some things to check in order

1) Team has a teamstadiumlink in database
2) Team has a manager
3) Team has a formation
4) Team kit exists and is unique

then
1) try to access teamsheets in settings rather than going straight to kick off. Check you can view each screen and it looks correct. That includes the lineup, roles, instructions.
2) check you haven’t duplicated and teamplayerlinks
3) check all the players mentioned in team player links actually exist in players table
