Game Crash when career

Does anyone know why when I save and exit or exit in career mode the game crashes?
When I go back into the game, the save still exists though which is a plus.

I can see the crash report in the crashdump file, but don't know how to make sense of it.

Happens at this point, i click save and quit or esc and it crashes, is there a file I can check to see why it's crashing?

I've been playing Bundesliga with FIP 8.1 and every time a player commits a foul and gets a yellow card the game crashes. Really annoying, any idea what might be causing this?

hey can anyone give me a solution whenever i oper carrer mode there a popup showing crash.dmp file generated.
what should i do now?
