yes, i think i need more time on the hair. i got struggled editing the hair because i use blender 2.93
for the eyes i use like reference. i dont know what the standard size (bigger eyes tex)

I don't think there is any tutorial specifically for hair. Check Youtube

I read that you wrote that you are new to this, I suggest you start with players who have good photos and as soon as you improve, try those who don't good photos.

Most facemakers started like this, I've never done a face but I understand the whole process. I don't know, just a suggestion,maybe this help you in something...
