how to open osm ?

just click on the left top, OSMF14. then choose club and player--outfit style (1) grealish--assign style model. done

GMOF14 v1.3
as the name just gimmick, but for me it more realistic to play career mode.

Changelog:
1. GMO --re-function the assistant report. now, assistant report can print the objective after you click finish objective. objective will recorded and it will make more information about progress in end season.
2. OSM --add accessory color statement and make more responsive to assign style
3. Reward System -now it can hide the tab reward system and i make some modification, to read the stat of the player but it still in beta because not all attrib can be readed. this function still working.
4. add new feature in GMO:
a. Training Camp = just for u-19 player. 1 month (in 1 season) = +1 attrib.
b. Coach Notes = you can make a notes for some category, and save the notes for evalution
c. Squad Registration = it contain some squad registration for some leagues. you can regist. your team in season
d. Team Meeting = you can meet your team and make some discussion about pre-season, mid season, end season, and urgent meeting. you can load attendance from squad registration data and add new attendance. i make up to 1020 (question+responses) from player/attendance and you can answer the question. it will interactive but i dont have time to manage the question/response for each agenda. it all in one.
e. Chat Assistant manager (beta) --not 100% work properly. it contain Ai but i dont want to buy API. so, it not work properly. just generic qna using relax conversation.

i want add some feature in future, like shoe assignment in osm (simple), press conference, and add more 10 specific style (optional) which is contain combination, 2/3 underamsleeve, 1/2 underarmsleeve, and 3/4 underarms sleeve and add, 1 armsleeve like pogba sleeve (accessory model) so we can assign the color tho. i have an idea on gym centre and medical centre but i need to find pointer for injury system. gym centre can add modif height and weight, so we can get body type like lean, normal, muscular. in heigh system, i want just for player in age range=16-19.

Hmm, it look strange because i give same method for each body model. Maybe just a bug. Can you tell me which body model and can you confirm the kitoverlay in that body model appear in match or not?

Well, i have tested the program for career mode in 1 season, for me it more funnier and realistic. I can make a notes for each games then evaluate to the next games. I like to add youth development objective for academy player, i give a target and he improve a lot. I can give reward for him, +5 stamina.
In early season, i make a pre season objective, for make sure i test all players then in end window, i can make proper squad registration. Ofc, it must follow the SR rules, but just in simple rules.
For u-19 players, i bought 1 level for mid season then i add 1 player to get reward +1 per month. This traning camp still not work properly to read the miniface, because dds format cant be readed in normal way so it say out of memory, i use png miniface. In future, i will try to solve this then i can load miniface on demand when i insert the ID
Team meeting agenda in 3 time, early, mid, end season for evaluate and disscuse with players, i have already make 1020 (qna) so, it will auto reply from random players, when you input topic based on your thought (positive, neutral, critise response). You can ask question, it will generated randomly and when you send the response the random player will response your input text.
For osm new feature, specific gripsock color, i make new folder in osm folder (specific textures) so when you click open (choose textures) you can browse the rx3 files in source path (kayuhitam/osm/specific textures)
I have already tested the function, it work properly. I can change the gripsock color when in game which is career mode menu. I add 4 gripsock color for each kit type, so when i play home kit, my player use blue gripsock, when i play away kit, my player use white gripsock.
The common issue is the file exist i cant assign the new one, so i will try to fix that first before make a release
