F14 ENHANCED WEATHER EFFECTS MOD HOW TO USE IT

Does anyone know how to use the f14 enhanced snow mod for FIFA 14? I would like to increase the thickness of the snow and the amount of rain as well, but I don't know how to use the mod. I had it installed many years ago and I remember following a tutorial that explained which values of the folder's contents had to be modified to increase the thickness of the snow, I have not been able to find it anymore, thank you very much to whoever can help me

in theory you could make a pitch texture full of snow
the question is if pitch texture can be loaded based on weather
