I think you should regenerate and after that try again playing with the stadium. I think it should work.

Tried the conversion to FIFA 14 of the Vitality Stadium in FIFA 15. Regenerated and regenerated but it looks like this:

Use the FIFA 16 PC Version and see...and then use the crowds you have already then regenerate.
