Replace FIFA Series subforums with tags

So instead of creating multiple threads in different subforums, just one thread will be created with multiple tags.

- Easier for creators - no need to create multiple threads
- Easier for users to find content for specific game
- Easier for admins (in future) - no need to create a new subforum when new FIFA/FC game is arrived
