Thanks for the help!. unfortunately it doesn't work for me (maybe because of that error). last serious question, can this plugin convert fbx models to rx3?

I never find out. @tokke001 converted them. Maybe he can show us, because there are some balls from PES that i want to convert.

Ps: what version of blender are you using? Maybe thats why you getting error.

I am using blender 2.75a portable(zip) and FIFA 14-15 3D Importer/Exporter v0.66.2 plugin

Try with 2.72.
