I've created rosters for 2001-2003 MLS seasons before. I converted them from Champ Manager databases from those seasons. My plan was always to go back and use some basic facial recognition software to get better matches between the players and EA generic faces.

At some point I may be able to share those if there's any interest.

I'll work on pulling them back together into a CM16 patch format, with updated heads and hair styles. Might take a while to find the time to do it, but I'll share once I do.

I still have FIFA 08 PC laying around somewhere. I can probably export the old kit images from that, which should help anybody who wants to make them in current gen format.
