What should certain player's ratings be?

What do you think that some of the player ratings should be?

Ex. What should Freddy Adu's rating be?

Ex. What should Cristiano Ronaldo's rating be?

those are just some I want to hear more

(Ratings would be based on the old 2004 rating system of 95/100

and so on)

This might be a good place to compile a list of all the players who really got hosed by EA in FIFA 2004. I may be biased but I think the Danes were severely underrated. Jon Dahl Tomasson at 72 I think, Jesper Grønkjær at 65, and especially Martin Jørgensen, who has a unique face and is commanding an asking price of 5 million Euro, is a 38. Hopefully these will be fixed. I mean I realize there are thousands of players in FIFA and they can't get them all right, so it's essential we have the ability to edit their skills.

Freddy Adu should be 50's or 60's since he's still a raw talent. His speed and acceleration should be 100 though, easily. Ronalod should be maybe 75-85.

Young players like Adu, Ronaldo, and Rooney are reasons it's essential for EA to factor in age into career mode and have young superstars improve over time. Rooney should not be rated as highly as van Nistelrooy but he SHOULD still cost more money. That way young players command a realistic price and are worth the investment.

I think you are right about the danes

rommedahl got a 78 for speed in 2004 when he should really be a 105
i think tomasson got rated low because he was essentially a backup striker at milan
I dont know why gronkjaer got rated so low

i think ronaldo's dribbling should definitely be 100

I remember that in one of the older Fifa's (2001 or 2002) Jon Dahl Tommason was an awesome striker. I used to use him and Rivaldo when i played with Milan.

naaah what EA and everyone needs to realise is that no ones perfect. Ronaldo would be 97 at ball control realistically because if someone was 100, it means they have never made a mistake or never will.

What I dont get about some of the ratings is that when players like Ronaldo are 97 overall, they're like 2 on tackling....

I agree.

And i also think ronaldo should be much much higher.
It would be nice to have player specific moves too (along with generic ones) for each player, so we could do ronaldos crossovers!

It would be nice to move the right analogue stick and do generic moves and then hold a different button or push down the analogue stick and do their special move.

Some Inter player ratings were absurd, such as Vieri being rated a 97 in FIFA 2004. No way in hell Vieri is better than Thierry Henry. Also other players were under-rated such as Karagounis. He's like 60 something (I think...) The rating system and player ratings needs a revolution because I personally am sick and tired of having to edit the ratings in every single EA game since some players are hella over rated while others are ridiculously underrated.

ronaldo should have been much higher though (not the fat one:D ) c. ronaldo was a bit underated too.

In fifa it every player feals identicle. I sure hope they change that.
Some players you can really notice the difference from others, but thats only because one has a 50 rating and the other has a 100.
