I know it, but it's not difficult to change with an hex editor some alfanumeric string...

check the exe with a protection scanner...
SecuROM 7.00.00.0013 -> WE9
SecuROM 5.03.13.0010 -> PES5

I've checked with A-Ray Scanner and it checks also fixed exe.

Try with PES 5 original DVD exe and fixed exe..

i tried in the directory of installation and when there is the WE9 cracked exe it told me securom 5...while if i put the original exe it told me securom 7...

The WE9 PC american version will be released in april06!!!

First of all, who ever says there is no change should admit that they are NOOBS, because if are even remotely a PES/WE expert you can tell that there is gameplay change, i noticed in the first 2 minutes of playing. Its a tweaked version of the game, more smooth. I'm not sure if it's better or not but i like a change in gaming.

Yes the gameplay is better than in PES5, but this strange cracked exe is very different respect the original exe.
in this exe you can also apply the LOD MIXER 1.6 for PES5 while in the original NOT!
If you have the original pes5 CODE, with this exe you can play online vs PES5 european clients! And also this is very strange!
So I dont know what releasers of this illegal version done, but I'm 90% sure that they have cracked the WE9PC seled in Asia feb 7, and we can't be sure that the WE9pc will be sell at April in America, it will be the same game or it will be with ulteriors better optimizations....

are you talking about changes with original dvd exe , or with cracked exe ?!

if the cracked exe is from pes5 , would it not make the game the same as pes5 ? ( gameplay wise and bug fixs ?? )

if anyone found a change with cracked exe , could you at least name it and give an example , instead of "i am super leet because i can see the matrix"

I doubt Horatiu got the original WE9 PC (Asian). Unless he did import it.

Over here it's being sold, a couple of the league players bought it and they've noticed the changes. Well it's good for players in this region to get it since it's easier to find players with green bar.(most players with this version would usually be from HK)

well, there is no real we9 crack in this world till now.
All the called we9 crack currently you can find is an modification of pes5 crack.
if you want to feel what changed in we9, play the original we9 or, play the we9 demo.

some people play the we9pc game right out of the box (or right out of the .rar they illegally downloaded ) and say "WOW IT'S A LOT SMOOTHER THAN PES5!1!!! HOW CAN YOU NOOBS NOT NOTICE!!!!1!!!1!!"... i bet those same guys are comparing a patched version of pes5 to a clean install of we9pc.

of course all the edited graphics, patches, etc take their toll on "game smoothness". pes5 right out of the box is "OMG A LOT SMOOTHER" than a patched version of itself (i.e. superpatch, etc), it surely looks as awful as we9pc without patches too.
