The Interview with Takatsuka
Interviewer (Int.):It looks like there will be new motions for dribbling .
Takatsuka (T) : We have been struggling because we couldn`t add flexibility .
But this time , we were able to add a little bit of it .
Int. : A little bit of flexibility ?
T : yes. For example , if you want to turn 90 degrees , first you needed to go right , and then
go up. So you needed to always move to turn . But in "8" , you don`t have to move .
You could turn your self upwards without moving the ball . There`s a well known scene that
uses this movement , if the opponent comes from front of you , first you stop the ball .
Next you jump the ball , and turn your back to your opponent . And then , after protecting the ball
turn again where you were heading and outrun the opponent .
Int. : So you can just , adjust the direction your facing with out moving the ball .
T : Yes . You don`t have to use space , so the variations for dribbling increased .
For controllers , there are some other secret features added too, so the
feeling of playing is going to change alot .
Int. : In Winning Eleven 7 International , you could make the ball float by using the right analog stick
pressing Down > UP . And it looks like there are more of these kind of stuff .
T : Yes. There are some technical moves (feints) added that you could use .
Int . : What kind of feints are there ?
T : For example , you try to go right, cut back just before touching the ball , and go left.
You could do these kind of movements ordinarily.
Int. : Looks like dribbling is fun !
T : Well ..some parts have been weakened . In the past series , you could easily break through the side
by using dash dribbling . But this time , players that have low dribbling capability runs (dash`s) really slow.
So its hard to break through sides this time . It will be hard for teams like Japan .
Int .: Are there any other changes with the controllers ?
T : In the previous game , Marseille Roulette was added , and there were opinions that the
analog pass was very hard to use because it use`s the same button .And you needed to press down the R3 button to use is . So this time ,we
made it so that the users could chose to ,
turn the right analog stick 360 degrees while pressing in the R3 button , or just turn the right analog stick
360 degrees for Marseille Roulette . You could change this in the Key config .

Brilliant Henry, thanks alot..and yes, you're English is fine 
on the subject of WE8 / PES4 .. one thing I find annoying in PES3 is the non movement of players at certain times. I know Supercancel, but really there should be no need for such a thing (ok if it cancels shot(s) )
the one I came across the other night was my player who I had under control stopped running, I knew of the one where a player just stands waiting for a pass to get to him and you have to press SC to get him to move. But this one was new to me, 1st time! I took a corner and a Def headed the ball out towards the junction of the 18yrd box, as the ball landed and rolled my player who took the corner was still highligted and under my control.
I pushed the analog stick in the direction of the ball and pressed the sprint button, my player took off after the ball. He made a bline straight for it, but a Defender was closer and as he neared the ball ( my player was still running towards the ball ) he got within a foot or two of it raised his foot to take it under control.
My player was still a yard or two away when the defender did this, and as soon as he did ! my player stopped dead in his tracks and actullay took a stepped back. ( At no time did I take my finger off the analog stick change its direction or take my finger off the sprint button ) . As soon as the defender had the ball and took a step or two and made off with the ball my player reacted to my control again.
As I said , I knew about the one where highlighted players just stood when a ball was passed to them, but this was new to me.

yeah ... well so far the graphics look 5% percent better than the previous version ...
the views are exactly the same, the anlges the player's bodies, stance, and the at times unrealistic way they shoot ... which is starting to annoy me.
I suppose they'll have the exact same animations b4 a game aswell just like every single PES game so far
... then again we're a few months away from it coming out...
well so far i don't think i warrants another dip into the wallet.
