have u heard of kaillera;this allows super nintendo roms and other roms to be played online by several users;maybe this can help i dunno

No u going too far wiht emu plugins. THere are such plugins for ps and other emus too. But i don't think they need them especially now.

If PS2 emulators were able to read commercial games we'll have our work all done i think

i tested kaillera with we2002 on psone taht works fine
two softs are free so i think that could be possible to use kaillera with pes3 PS2, but PS2 emulator don't let you play games

maybe someone knows how to do it anyway ?

just wondering: if you are streaming the game to another pc over the internet, how are you gonna overcome the delay factor?

first, the stream has to reach the remote pc, then the gamepad command has to reach the local pc. even a fraction of a second of delay will render the game unplayable for the remote player, since the game hinges on fast reactions. The remote player will always be a step behind, right???
