Are the reports true that Abramovich bought the "Presidential" skybox at the Stadion Nardowy for the POL-RUS game?

It will be fine, the cities will be taken over by tourists and as long as nobody ventures into some rural village and acts like an idiot, they'll be safe.

Cops won't want to look like the worst squads in Europe, so they'll up their game too. Usually, their involvement is quite passive/non-existant

I've been reading about this. Apparently Sol Campbell recently called that England supporters should be very careful, and even better to stay at home and watch it on TV... Even that Poland/Ukraine shouldn't host EURO.

Both Poland and Ukraine admit this problem, but they claim it's not any bigger as in the other countries. There might be racist outbursts, but I truly hope only for good football and nothing else... And good refereeing.

South Africa is racist towards white people and their tournament went just fine. There are black people playing in both Ukraine and Poland, NTs with black players have been going there forever and this time the crowds will be split evenly. Its like when the British talk of Ukraine, they think of this

I watched the same BBC documentary last night, and based on what was shown, I'd be surprised if the tournament went without a racist / white supremacist incident ...

Those are Ultras, they are all identified by police and all they should do is not leting them enter to the stadium like Barça does.

Hooligans are hooligans and should be stamped out everywhere. I consider those ultras who indulge in fascist and rascist views as traitors. It shouldn't reflect on the whole nation since >90% don't share the views of racist ultras; I'm half-Polish and I for one don't. In Poland, the display of fascist, rascist symbols is actually illegal, (as is shown in the documentary, explained by the organizer of an anti-rascism platform "Never Again", supported financially by UEFA). The reason is simple: that ideology wanted to wipe us out. Remember 1939?

Also, one of our best players in recent years was Emmanuel Olisadebe. He was a player born in Nigeria who married a Polish woman and was the top scorer for Poland in qualification for the WC2002, our first international tournament in 20 years at the time.

If Sol Campbell thinks that there's no problem with rascism in the UK, then I wonder what he thinks of the EDL?

LOL, yeah the ****?

There will probably be an incident of some monkey chants or a banana thrown. That would not surprise me in the least. But then again, like 95% of these events finish with all the reporters saying "I was worried, but it turned out great." There wasn't a racism problem in South Africa, but there definitely was a crime problem. A lot of people were extremely worried about infrastructure in Greece for the Olympics, but that went fine too. Not every tournament can be in England, Germany, and the USA; deal.

I also watched the documentary. In general, one can say that there is cause for concern. But that was also the case in South Africa and to a certain extent Germany without any incidents.

Didn't Prandelli say that if there are racist actions towards Balotelli he might consider having Italy walking out? Is he nuts? He just gave a win ticket to all opposition fans.
