Thanks so much kobashi. Just when I was trying to minimize the damage and cool things down, you kick in with provocative talk.

And Hans, whatever your painful experience was. I can tell you for sure that it's not applicable AT ALL to generalization. I've lived in 7 different countries, one extreme, 2 moderate, and 3 others where muslims where the minority. And not in a single one did I witness this extreme forced conversions, rape....etc that your bombarding this thread with.

But ur actually right about the Caliph State and a Utopia. It is FAR FROM POSSIBLE these days... not even in a decade. And kobashi, you have to get this into your head. The world is FAR MORE COMPLEX than you think. And to be honest, describing your posts as naive is very well deserved... I'm sorry but that's what anyone would conclude from the 7-page-ramble.

And Hans, you're taking it too serious, and at many occasions it is VERY offending. I just don't want it to turn into a tit-4-tat thing, so have a grip.

I really hate it when I see a barbarian thread, and worse, when its caused by someone I'm affiliated to. Drop it.

I`m not trying to generalize things. I`m just trying to show what would most likely to happen when a certain group of people ( either it`s based on their believes, race, etc ) is given too much power to govern on others who don`t have the same simillarity or believes. I don`t really care wheter it`s an islamic state, christianic state or whatever. If Kobashi said that he want another "some religion"-state other than islam, you will see me replying just the same. I will never condone the idea of any political or government system that`s based on some 1000 plus year old bible. It will never be right, it will never be fair. Your believes or religion is a part of your privacy, you can`t force or be forced to follow others. I don`t want an islamic ( or other religion ) state to be applied, like most other people in the world too. And no, I will not drop it when I`m debating or you might call bashing radicals like Kobashi. Cos` when you give up on people like them, you`re telling them that what they radically believe was right and give them the justification to do what they want.

Not everyone wants to live under secularism you know.

And not everyone wants to be ruled by a certain bible you know, but go ahead. Two more years from now, you`ll blow yourself up . . .
