Training to improve players stats? Is it possible?

His physical is awful, I hope for you he improves that fast, because otherwise he wil be a player to play the last ten minutes

Defence needs to be tweaked, I'm making a defensive schedule at the moment.

Ben Arfa's Physical has improved already (a fortnight later) to 11 acc, 16 pace and the others have increased slightly. And he is 17, so don't expect miracles!

Yeah, same here :D

I took your basic one, and tweaked it for Midfielders and Strikers a bit.... then changed the offensive drills to defensive ones and use it for my D's and DM's. Then I took that, and I switched the clearly outfield drills to Handling and other GK's but kept the outfield ones where GK's should participate like Overloading, Small pitch 5 a side, etc.

It's great ;)
 
a bit intense isn't it..... ive gone with the rule of only two days of 3 sessions per week - does that intensity make the players tired at all? small teams don't have the resources to get the depth to cater for fatigue crisises so does that training schedule make players too tired?

Lol my schedule works, I was just messing around and trying to get it as high as possible.

When I played last season, with 2 games a week, my condition rarely went below 80% :confused:

That GK one rocks :mrpimp:

yeah i have to agree, since ive been using it the condition of my players hasnt deteorated at all, ive even got them doing summet on Sunday morning. lol
