Training to improve players stats? Is it possible?

SG Sheffield Authority
After the match it is about 60-75%, and by the next match it is 80%+. For example, Gerrard has 20 stamina and has 95% before a game but Kewell has 14 stamina and has 80% before a match.

Nice to know I can help the SG community :mrpimp:

i like my players to be over 90% before a match, i only have like 3 days a week with 3 sessions. i suppose i could up it a bit tho and c. my players need to learn consistency and finishing!

I'll give a try to this sch., although I'll give them a bit more of rest if they get tired. Thanks Dave;)

I also substitute any player under 70%.

Just a question.
What does affect more the number of injuries or the traininng: staff quality or the quantity they are?. I mean, it's better to have 4 average physios or 2 great physios?

Questions

Do you have ALL players on one schedule? Like youths, reserves, and first team players?

How many coaches do you have per each schedule?

Is it bad if you have a coach assigned to more than one schedule?

Should I assign my assistant manager to a schedule even if his training skills suck?

Does coaches' reputation matter if their skills are good?

i have a separate sched for def, mid, att mid and forwards, and i got 3 coaches and 2 physios per schedule

and they're all good coaches but still nowhere near the results that dave gets. i'm using a modifired version of his training

No, I do that too with tweaked schedules for defenders and attackers.

But my question is, do you put youth, reserve, and first team defenders on one schedule?

I don't. Only all the 'keepers are on one schedule. I have four other schedules:

'keepers;
Defs/def mids 1st team;
defs/def mids reserves+youths;
M/AM/F 1st team;
M/AM/F reserves+youths.
