Stadiums take these from banner.rx3, not flag rx3.
Yes, I am aware, that's why I said "from banners".
I have basically edited every 2018 and 2022 NTs banners to have a flag in the top left corner, so it does work. Though indeed may require all NTs to have edited banners if we're talking not only about 32 + NQ but all FIFA NTs.

Not all have them even in 2014 WC game. Laos is in the game, but doesn't have banners. So I went that way.
Can you not change it and make it read from the flag rx3 by editing the stadium.lua file?
You think I know how to do this? Anyway, I'm making a finished work. I don't want to make anyone use specific external file to properly use stadiums I dived into

Here is Arena Pantanal, opened in April 2014, has a capacity of 44,000.
It's located in Cuiabá and is a home to Cuiabá EC and local side Mixto EC.
It hosted 4 group matches on 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Here is Arena Pernambuco (Estádio Governador Carlos Wilson Campos), opened in May 2013, has a capacity of 44,300.
It's located in Recife/São Lourenço da Mata and was a home to Náutico (2013-2018).
It hosted 4 group matches and 1 round of 16 match on 2014 FIFA World Cup.

I rejected the idea, because if a team doesn't have a banner, it's just transparent.

When I finish everything I need, I'll look into add tournament dressing where you'll add everything your soul wants.
I mean, i could help with banners if you want. its a neat idea and I want it to be implemented.
your patch has well over 210 teams, so making them wouldnt be a problem for me.

Ok, something with dressing fixed itself. Day version of Arena da Baxiada is almost finished, but some individual flags have shading being just...I have no other adjective to this, this is wrong.

I don't know how to fix it. In Blender they have the exact same settings, as other flags.
Ambient texture is plain colour. Diffuse as well.
my solution to this is to just remove ambientTexture from banners, leaving them only with diffuse, which determines brightness
The problem with this is banners seem to have no lighting, it's just plain colour.

Did you increase the number of flags? Sometimes the faces of this flags are off the ambient files structure so they end up brighter than others. What you can do is go on edit mode in map 1 and make the smart Uv unwrap again

Check the material tab. You should have one material name only (bannerhome or banneraway).
