2. Imperialistic power is more likely to be China, the US can't get a grip on one country (Iraq) so pretty unlikely it can expand to cover even more. China on the other hand are more likely to need the resources to supply massive population.
3. Actually the US is the bigger Jewish state, but still well on target to have the workld against it. The entire world won't turn against Israel because of.. well, the US... the day the US turns against Israel is never likely to come.

Anyway, in reality I am with Shifty. I don't believe in a God.

Basically if anyone wants to contradict the bible, Ricky Gervais did it perfect on his stand up DVD "Animals". First of all he created heaven and earth....then created light, meaning he did all that in the dark :confused: And how did he know wat light was if he never saw it before? how can you create something that youve never seen or existed, it does contradict itself. And he said the snake would have to forever have to walk on its belly, which it already did :rolleyes:

It could come if Israel does something drastic.

The Antichrist will rule for seven years. In the first three-and-a-half years, he will solve world problems and promote peace and religious freedom. During those years the whole world will live in peace and prosperity. In the next three-and-a-half years the Antichrist will show his true colors. Peace will be replaced by death and destruction. He will outlaw all religions and force everyone to worship him and him alone.

At least that is what can be deducted from the Bible. Revelation is the most difficult book in the Bible to interpret, since it's not at all literal in what it says.

You're right in one thing tho, the world is definitely gonna end. Not in 60 years but in like one thousand million years, when the Sun "dies" and creates a black hole that will attract every little bit of matter in the solar system.

The good news is we have lots of time to figure out intergalaxy travel and split before it happens.
The bad news is we won't be around when it happens :p


Hopefully we'll get rid of all the bible decoding preaching bullsh*t in 60 or 70 years when nothing happens like it didn't happen for those who said it would end in the year 2000.

Is there an Antichrist-type figure in Islam? Obviously, you wouldn't call him the Antichrist but is there a similar prophecy?

Just remember the date guys, I have a bad feeling about this...the things that have been happening the past months (terrorism, tsunamis, torrential rainfalls) scare the sh!t out of me.

December 23rd, 2012...so far away, but yet if i look back 7 years i was in 7th grade which to me doesn't seem so long ago:(

lol...hmmm, I'm not sure if they predicted this tsunami that happened a couple weeks ago but i've heard stories about them predicting earthquakes like the one in Mexico City in 1985, but regarding other natural disasters, I'm sure they did. They were really advanced in Astronomy more than any other civilazation ever in the Americas...and their time-keeping "wheel" is still regarded as the most accurate. good enough?

No it's not the same name, but it's the same person. I don't know how Christians talk about him, beside what you wrote

That's exactly what we have. He will say that he's God and you must follow him. Some will, others won't.
There will be 2 prophets during this time. One of the two will be Jesus. He's the only prophet who didn't die, and he'll be the one returning. I'm not sure if they are the one who will defeat him.. I don't know much about this.
Basically that's what's written in a hadith.
