I think we have enough popular club teams in PES 3.
So I suggest classic club teams like:

1. Barcelona: Maradona, Gary Lineker, Mark Hughes, Schuster, Ronaldo, Romario, Rivaldo, Stoitchkov, R. Koeman, M. Laudrup, Guardiola, Antoni Zubizarreta

2. AC Milan: Dejan Savicevic, Roberto Donadoni, Frank Rijkaard, Ruud Gullid, Marco Van Basten, Franco Baresi, Gunnar Nordahl, Gianni Rivera, Marcel Desailly

3. Ajax: Bergkamp, Davids, Seedorf, Kluivert, Litmanen, F. and R. De Boer, Frank Rijkaard, Wim Jonk, Bryan Roy, Danny Blind, Van Der Sar

4. Juventus: Zizou, Deschamps, Vieri, Del Piero, Ravanelli, Vialli

forgot any names? The first two are my favourites.
Any other suggestions?
Don`t think you can beat Maradona, Romario and Ronaldo :rockman:

definetely stuttgart should be in there.

i dont like a first division team like west ham in it i have to say.

How about placing some criteria on the teams to be selected ?

i.e.
Teams must be European ?
Teams must be in top division of their league ?
Team must be in UEFA/Champions League ?
etc...

This might help narrow down the search as there seem to be quite a few 'popular' choices.

I'll go for Boca and Stuttgart or two at least exciting European / South American teams. I see no reason to put Southampton in there whatsoever!

I think after all the responses on here and PES Fan I think I'm going to go with one South American and one European to make things fair.

So far Boca Juniors seems to be winning by a long way followed by River Plate and Sao Paulo.

For the European team, Southampton is winning so far.

I know's there's a lot of English teams in it already but most of the world without a decent domestic league (including us!) watch the English PL anyway.

Still, open to debate though. It'll be the end of the week before I make them so keep the votes flooding in.

In that case even Boca Juniors shouldn't be there.

but IMO Raja Casablanca or Al Ahly alongside Boca Juniors would be a very good addition as it will add more variety.
It's ok if they're not European, just think that these teams are too good they got promoted to european leagues, just like Celtic and Rangers want to be in the premiership :crazyboy:

Anyway Wolf if you're not convinced then my vote for European teams would go for Middlesbrough and Boavista or Lokomotiv Moscow

For me Southampton are a distinctly average side who are about to lose their manager and rocket down the table, while Stuttgart are beating all comers in Bundesliga and CL! Putting Stuttgart in would give a fairer reflection of European football imho. (I'm English btw)

That would be awesome, but it wouldn't fit into the ML. If only there could be a few Legends Team for clubs, like the ones you said.... :hump:


My vote goes for Boca & River or else the two Belgrades. Yugoslavian teams always play good football..

and maybe Villareal too if you want another spanish team (Riquelme, Bataglia, Belleti, Jose Mari, Sony Anderson, etc)
