The Wolf - Replacing PES Utd & WE Utd

TristanAbbott7

Starting XI
Hey,

In the editing of the pes3.exe file I'm working on, this is the perfect opportunity to replace PES Untd and WE Utd with 2 new teams. I don't want to replace existing teams like West Ham or anything but I think PES Utd and WE Utd should go as they add an unrealistic feel to the Masters League.

The question is, who do I replace these 2 teams with? I know there will be a lot of suggestions but let's think popular but excluded at the moment like Boca Juniors, Southampton or whoever.

Let's hear the suggestions and I'll go with majority rule but I'm not gonna replace existing teams in the game other than PES Utd and WE Utd.

Unless you can put International players in the team then it should be a team that does not include International players. For example, you create Middlesboro who have Juninho, Mendieta, etc playing for them, but because you can't put the real International players in the teams you create likenesses.

A few games into the season a rival team buys Juninho from the brazilian International team and then you have to play them. Techinically the same player would be playing for both teams at the same time.

Just a thought, that's all. :D

You can have international players in the team. Remember, it's not really a created team but a renamed team with players transferred out to 'free' status and transfered in so they'll be no duplicates.

So far, Southampton and Boca Juniors seem to be the most popular.

Some ideas apart for Boca and Southhampton...
From EPL:
I like Charlton Athletic (Lisbie is pretty skilled)

Bundesliga:
I know Stuttgart is a good team this year.

MLS:
MLS sucks becuase most of the really good players move to Europe but when you consider that just about
every other nation's top league is represented by atleast a couple teams I think it would be nice to
try doing the MLS champs San Jose Earthquakes.
[maybe do them as a stand-alone patch later anyway just to have one American team for the people that
might want it, would be fun to try to beat Master League with them;) ]

I've noticed Stuttgart are missing. Considering how well they're doing at the moment, it would be good if they were in

I agree with Boca Juniors, how about adding the best team in Africa (could be Al Ahly or Zamalek (Egypt) or Raja Casablanca (Morocco)) or Asia (Al Ain (UAE) - they just won the asian champions cup)

How about Irish champions Shelbourne?

These teams would really look out of place against the European teams that are in the game already.

I reckon the two teams to add should be European.

Southampton,
Middlesbrough,
Belgrade(Partizan or Red Star),
Shelbourne,
Shamrock Rovers.
(these last two would certainly be welcome additions by many).

Crystal Palace and... no, only joking;) .
How about FC Bruges and Stuttgart?
Or Boca and River Plate? Or the two Belgrade teams suggested by brianon. Or, or, or, I could go on forever:) .

Somehow I get the feeling Wolf is going to have to write all the names on bits of paper and randomly pick them out of a hat :)

Or, more realistically,
Malmö FF, most times champions in Sweden and former Euro Champions Cup runners up.

IFK Gothenburg, second most times winners in sweden and 2*UEFA cup champions. Have also knocked Man U and Galatassaray, won their group ahead of MU,G, and Barca, out of the Ch. League

I've compiled this list of well known European teams that are missing (i'm sure I've missed more!) take your pick!Personally I don't think adding South American or MLS teams are appropriate considering the lack of any teams from these league in the game itself: -

Club Brugge
Rosenborg
Lokomotiv Moskva
AEK Athens
VFB Stuttgart
Partizan Belgrade
Besiktas
Dinamo Bucuresti
Brondby
FC Basel
Wislow
Dinamo Zagreb
Levski
Slavia
Molde
Hajduk Split
Kobenhavn
Steaua
Teplice
Macabia Hafia
Austria Vienna
CSKA Sofia
Torpedo Moskva
Hapoel Tel-Aviv
Grasshoppers Zurich

How about BOAVISTA FC ????????
They went to the UEFA CUP semi-final last year!!!
And their KIT is great (for those who don't know, it has black and white squares, like chess... and are Portuguese). They knocked down teams like Dortmund...and with a bit of more luck they had go to the final to play with FC PORTO...

A todos os portugueses: apoiem esta iniciativa!!! Obrigado!

Thanks,

I'd say Middlesbrough definately, a lot of their players are already in the game for int. teams.
Wouldn't mind any others from Soton, Charlton, Stuttgart.
It really has to be 2 European teams.

maybe the two clubs should be ...
>European (as all the rest are)
>From same country (maybe two rivals)
> Not from a country already represented by clubs.

The two Belgrades !?
Great rivals and decent teams.
