this is a "review"? hehe, previews of the demo were much longer than this something which surely isn't a review
guy who wrote it shouldn't work for proffesional magazine if he writes a "reviews" after 10 mins with demo

about last sentence, I dunno have you noticed but author gave it over 8/10 so very good note
for you games are :sb9: if have "only" 8/10 ?

another thing is, that all reviews are always sh!tty as long as you won't play a game by yourself
but hey, he wrote only 8/10, ee I won't even try it :crazyboy: some kids are really...:drevil: :lui:

I dunno, I don't think anyone should put too much emphasis on all the previews/reviews out there. YOu got to play the games yourself and decide if you like them or not. Just what I think.

FIFA 2005, given the demo, will be the first decent game (note, GAME, not kit-drooling, chant-noting soccer watching experience, but GAME - you know, that you PLAY) of football from EA since RTWC 98.

I will absolutely concede that.

Doesn't make a bit of difference to me for this year, but it is true.

Doesn't match PES gameplay, but it's STILL true.

We nee to acknowledge when EA make progress, even though we - or at least I - still condemn both their development process, and the fact that they gave us absolute crap from 2000-2004.

This is, however, the beginning of getting back on track toward doing what they are supposed to be doing, the way they are supposed to be doing it. We should benefit perfectly from EA's overwhelming budgets the same way hockey fans do in the NHL series, and especially gridiron fans do in the Madden series.

Maybe we'll look back and say that FIFA 2005 was the turning point for the franchise, in the right direction.

Then again, maybe FIFA 2006 will continue in that FIFA tradition, and half the features you got in FIFA 2005 are missing in 2006, like they've done before...

We shall see.

pc zone magazine actually gave fifa 2005 a score of 60% , which i think it's the lowest score ever for a fifa game, after loading up the demo i thought this could be good, after playing the demo a few times i soon realised why it got only 60%, does easports ever listen to their fans ? i don't think so , i think easports should chuck the towel in and never try to make a soccer game again , leave that up to the masters konami, i realise that what i have wrote here will upset many fifa lovers , but i have not slagged anyone off or name called anyone i have just given my opinion which is what everyone does on this forum, i really am grateful for demo's though because i would really have been upset if i had bought fifa 2005 and had to return it to the shop feeding the shopkeeper a pack of lies saying that it won't run on my pc because i have not enough ram in my machine to run it, instead of the real reason of saying it's crap (by the way feel free to use this excuse also).
