4 teams are in the works of proposing the institution of a GREEK PREMIER LEAGUE
The teams are Panathinaikos, AEK, Panionios and SKODA Xanthi ......the EPAE organization which is the governing body for the Alpha Ethniki has not commented yet.
The league is said to be composed of 10 teams and the Alpha ethniki would become something like the 1st division of England.

Olympiakos will win their 34th Greek League Championship and AEK will join them in the CL while, PAOK, Iraklis and Panathinaikos will partake in the UEFA Cup next season.

The top teams of Greece are working together on establishing a Greek Super League.
This would be the Premeir League of Greece and only teams that fulfill certain requirements will be able to participate in the league..
Minimum 15,000 sitting capacity stadiums, would be a good start.
..Also this league will help alleviate the refing problems that the league has been plagued by over the years.

1.Hans Bake confirmed the club's interest for him to replace Alberto Malezani. Malezani was finally released by the club. Bake seems very optomistic to take over the club.
I'm not so sure Hanz knows what he is getting himself into here. He spoke of the club's participation in Europe but I think he is not up to speed with the current condition of the club.
