I have a problem. I have created a new league on CM08.It works perfectly and uses teams i have created but i have a problem on manager mode. It works almost perfectly on manager mode (or career mode) but at the end of the season when it tries to show the league table noting appears and when i click advance it wont do anything but when i try to exit the game using the icon at the top it works. So heres my question: Does anyone know how to make it work or set it up so it doesnt appear anyway? I would be very grateful if someone could help me especially Rinaldo.

some bugs:

usement of compination keys: ctrl+C and ctrl+V (common copy and paste) makes the program freeze.

low resolution hair type gives wrong results in player face.

new league and tournament added ingame (greekSuperleague in my case) works fine EXCEPT when somebody goes to see the position of his team in TABLES. then a blank page appears with no buttons working except the button "X" to close the program.

anyway I love ur work!

ohhhh i said that is thropy image problem.. i had it too, but i fixed with importing thropy image.

What are you trying to copy and paste ? Text shoud work fine.

This is probably because the league does not have its banners.

No names show up, just positions. I should say that I have installed Greek SuperLeague patch. Is this a problem with the patch or CM08?

I think there should be something wong in the database causing this problem. If you upload it somewhere i can check and maybe to give a warning inside CM08.

Maybe the problem is that you did not save the database before to exit the program. The generic banner use is a field saved in the database.

I save everytime...

I did this for 26 teams now and all of them have generic flags?!?:S



EDIT: I works now, I have saved them now in many strange ways and suddenly they appear in the game.

I solved it in a way, see next posts please.

and when i copy data from a tab to paste to another tab then freezes....(example: i copy the word "Superleague" from league section and paste to the tournament section. that's it! tobola!
in the tab with 3D face of player appearance it is very possible to create a player with long hair and ingame to see him by distance bold!!!! it mainly happened to me by importing a 07 cmp patch to my 08 fifa. all players were bold in tele camera!

Is there any way to change gameplay features? Like dribbling, slow dribbling etc. Why cant players like Gerrard and Van der vaart do the flip over trick? they could do those in Fifa 07 and now they cant in fifa 08. Help me how I can edit these things. Please.

i solved the problem of non appearing the tables!!!!!!

when u go to "countries" and select the one u need (Greece), then u have to import 2 banners with the flag of the country (above and below). if u select the button "import from image" in order to import ur own new banners in the league u have just created, then nothing WORKS!!!! even if u have choosen the right size (512X128)!!!!! it says incorrect size and the CM denies to import it!!!! then what can we do????

it is easy: u go to another country, which has a default tournament in EA, e.g. Portugal and u press the button above the banners "export as .fsh in both porugal flags and save them in desktop. then go to the desktop, find the exported files and change the ID number of Portugal to the ID mumber of the country u want to have ur patch: rename the fsh files to bgxxxx.fsh andbxxxx.fsh (in my case i renamed to bg1338.fsh and b1338.fsh, as 1338 is the Greece ID!!!!! ) then go again to countries and choosethe country u want(in my case Greece) and import ur modified banners by selecting the button "import as fsh"
the bad is that now i have a greek tournament with portugal flag, but now i can solve it with Fshtool.exe!!!

What About The Group Standings

Awesome Master Piece, Rinaldo.

When you make a new tournament, such as Copa Libertadores, why can't you see group standings like in UEFA Cup or Champions League (Career Mode)?? (in tournament mode actually works).

There's a way to add this feature in Tournament module of CM08??
