Too bad Barca couldn't go through. Now the can really focus on La Liga, but they have improve A LOT !!!! beware next year with this Barca team and if the manage to get some of the players the want, barca may be a scary team. But not as good as Milan, of course.

David Marshall was awesome. He is the onl reason for Barcelona losing....Celtic were virtualyl invisible ! I agree ..if they get some one good next season, they could be the team to challenge Real...having said that, this season is not quite over yet ! Get rid of Saviola and Kluivert and bring in Larsson

Here' s what I meant to say....THAT GOALIE FOR CELTIC NAMED DAVID MARSHALL IS THE ONLY REASON THAT FC BARCELONA ARE OUT.....I did not mention anything about La sinking Liga !

Yes the one goal that they conceeded in Glasgow contributed but, if it was not for MARSHALL today, they would've scored and maybe moved on.

celtic are a fluake and what about that horrible penalty on Ronaldinho, CELTIC DID NOT DESERVE TO WIN. did they even get a shot on net?what they did is anti-football, you can't play defense for 90 minutes!!!well i must admit Celtic have an amazing goalie. Nonetheless congrats

Very unlucky not to get at least 1 goal

Not having a true striker was a big problem. Also too many short players, and no one could really get their head on many of the crosses

Great effort.

edit: horrible penalty my ass, i dont get to see the game down under but all the reviews i have read said the appeal was laughable.

1) penalty? you mean the one where kennedy played a clean tackle on the ball and Ronaldinho fell over his leg one second later. Even the replay showed how clean the tackle was and how much he dived.

2) Barca didn't deserve to win as they had 180 minutes to score goals, and scored precisley ZERO. And Celtic had were missing their best defender and 1st choice goalkeeper. Even Partick Thistle can score against Celtic.

3) Amazingly goalie? He did well for a 19 year in only his 3rd start for the team. But he only made 1 truly great save. The rest were just regular shot stopping that any goalie would be expected to make. If he didn't save most of the rest of the shots, he would not be doing his basic job as a goalkeeper. Barca simply could not carve out any guilt edge chances.

4) Defense for 90 minutes? Try asking an Italian team who are 1-0 up from the first leg. Celtic got the tactics right.

Nevertheless, it's good to see Barcelona playing well again. The Champions' League will be all the better next season if they are in it. European football isn't the same without a good Barca.

I see we managed to get the obligatory FC Porto supporter in here slagging off Celtic yet again. If ever there was a team that was anti-football then it has to be that shower of **** from the3 north of portugal. U guys need to get a grip , really you do. Davids is cup-tied since he played with Juve in the CL

Maybe with Davids on the field yesterday Barca could have gone through...

you all can say what you want about porto, and i have to take it, i say something about a british team and i get responses like those. It's kinda sad when you see Celtic fans cry about their loss in the UEFA cup final, when Porto were obviously the better team...by far. You make fun of the way Porto plays, you ar making fun of the way Italians, Spanish, French, portuguese, brazilian players play because we all play the same way. You guys can't handle it cuz you get your asses kicked every time.
