Seriously tho. When you get the ball and get more of the ball expect to get more free kicks. In the 1st half when Carlton dominated possesion they got more of the ball and got more free kicks.

i was at the match, and some decisions by the umpires seemed wrong
but thats AFL football, the umpiring is open to intepretation, 50% will agree with the decision and 50% will disagree
we cant blame the umpires for a 6 goal loss, essendon were just out played us
last week though...............................

Yeah I was there too, and I thought the umpires did a fair job, as I was looking at it from a nuetral perspective. Well done to McClaron, he stuck to his guns and it was a professional display of umpiring. T'was a laugh in the stands when Hirdy got a free kick out of nothing 50 out from goal thanks to McClaren. Someone yelled 'DONT THINK YOUR FORGIVEN YET, SCOTTY!'

The Carlton fans blame the umpires.

They are just lucky Lloyd didnt kick well.

If lloyd kicked 8 the margain would be embarassing for the position Carlton were in.

You said the umpiring was disgraceful when Essendon killed you yet in the 1st half when the umpiring was poor and Carlton had all the freekicks you said nothing.

It was clear you were blaming the umpires. Also you said

"im gonna tell our players to publicaly bag an ump so they will treat us the way they did essendon last night"

Seems to me like you were blaming the umpires in that post to.

Yes he did say the umpiring was disgraceful but also on the same night he said that he said we still wouldn't have won, St Kilda were the better team.

i didnt say Hird blamed the Maclaren for the loss, i said he blamed the umpire of poor officiating
secondly
u said carlton supporters blame the umpires for a loss, when celtic_bhoy said that we didnt take our chances
(this is exactly what hird did)

I said "Typical. Carlton Fans Blame the umpires" which means Carlton fans blaming the umpires SOME WHAT for their loss.

So No I didnt say Carlton fans blamed the umpires for the loss.
