hahahaha there you go, now you got me finally, now he might know how I feel with all the comments that some of them made here about my Country just because of some stupid fans.
Haha just because of SOME stupid fans? This happens way too often no matter what the opponent team did. The Swiss when running off the pitch wanted to save their lifes. The fans are involed in it, the coaching staff, the security guards and even the freaking stadium speaker told the fans to boo whenever an opponent player touched the damn ball. At least listen to Blatter, he said he's never anything like that but I guess he's just racist as well.. :nape:

I agree but as I said all that wouldn't have happened if swiss didn't mess up things in the first game. They angered us so that way our concentration wouldn't be 100% and they know that clearly, thats how they clintched themselfs to the WC2006. They have that swiss piglet at FIFA which helped his nation, they will getaway what happened in the first game because that of that piglet.

What ever punishment they get, They have had it coming for a few years now...It might sort out the obvious problem Turkey has with "Some" fans

You all claim that this is just a marginal section of turkish supporters. Then I have to ask
1. Why havent they been banned?
2. Why does it continue to happen on so many occasions where your teams are playing and lose?

Ive just been reading accounts of Chelsea fans who were at the Beitsikas game two years ago, hoveled in a corner of the stadium behind a razor edged fence, perspex glass, and fully clothed riot police who couldnt even protect them. Yet they were pelted with objects mercilessly, had bottles thrown at them, injured men and women with no discrimination, and whoever they dragged from the pile, they beat. Abramovich had to be hustled out early because they couldnt guarantee his safety, and the writer of the account had his head busted open from a broken bottle.

Now granted, this happens from time to time in places like the Den, Hellend Road, Anfield, etc etc, but on the whole you wont see fans of most english teams, including historically violent ones like mine, resorting to this during a loss or when their national team goes down. The Government got sick of these people and cracked down on them. It goes on in Scotland, but again, the authorities do enough to minimalize it. Same with other European leagues.

The question then must be asked: Why does the goverment not say 'enough' and keep these fans away from the turkish game? Why are they continually allowed to come to games and give your country such a black eye? Because when it goes on so frequently, and with such severity, its not hard to see why everyone on planet earth is elated to see you out of an international tournament.

I don't believe in Christ eather, i'm muslim you retard. But i don't see why it should even be mentioned in here. I mean we are talking ball here not cult.
But being the thing you are you still are trying to find what nationallity/religion/political views i am/have.

My concern is explusively HOOLIGANISM. It was said before, everytime a Turkish team loses in between Europe and Asia (aka Turkiye) lifes are put on the line and chaos is created.

SO much is said about Germans and Brits being problematic , but compared to Turks we and the Brits are Peace Nobelists.

I mean poor Leeds fans still remember their fallen ones. Is a game supposed to cause death? No it isn't.

Man Blatter should consider ejecting your country from UEFA and throw you in the Asian zone and not allow any Turkish team to the european club competitions.
Wait that would increase your chances to play the world cup, but if that means no Turks in the European cup and club cups i'd buy that without even thinking twice.

I don't care what the f uck you are man, just STFU. About the Leeds fans, no one deserves to be murdered like that but it happened in the streets of Istanbul because some drunk hooligans were doing really bad things or the whole thing wouldn't have started. I said this b4 and I will say it again 'trouble starts with both sides'

I said this b4 and I will say it again, no one messes with our flag or anthom it mean alot to us, if you or some asses wants to anger us go ahead and make our day again.

Alexis a greek fellow, just read his comments about the meditaranian people. I foundit in the 18th page of this thread. And he is right.

'It's the same old story again.Whenever something bad happens in a turkish or a greek stadium, here they are those racist comments against the whole country.Turkey lost to Latvia two years ago in the play-off match, but nothing happened because obviously there was no provocation.I hate it when those things happen in a football match, but mediterranean people are far more sensitive to provocations. If anyone says anything about my mother,my family or my nation,I admit it,I won't stay there impassive and indifferent-and when this takes place in a stadium, too many people will react.
I was not sad that Turkey stayed out of the WC 2006-remember Greece and Turkey were in the same group and I believe Greece deserved more to be in the play-offs,but that doesn't mean I can't understand the reactions of the crowd to any kind of provocation.'

Why? I will say it once, only once, if you anger us then you are asking for trouble, but if you respect us then we are friends. Nothing happened against LAtvia right? Because Latvia approached us in a right way not like the swiss.

WTF is wrong with your brain bro?
You are saying that people got provoked? How is possible they attacked the Swiss players than?
How come the cops inside the stadium beat the hell out of photographers? How come Emre in the yesterday edition of Corriere Dello Sport said QUOTE: I DO NOT regret what we did to the Swis players in those locker rooms.
To me that is showing hatred towart a fellow player. One of which had the backdone broken by the beating.
I mean you guys came to ALbania to play and went all smooth, you went to Ukraine, Swizzerland and even Grecce for crying out loud and nothing happened. It all starts in there....

Lord, this thread is still going on?

Whats DONE IS DONE!

We as Turks have to accept our punishment, we dug our own grave and now we have to deal with the ramafications. Just lock this thread it just goes on in circles.

Once again congrats to the Swiss... guess we gotta wait for the Euro(if we are still in it...hopefully)

Here's how I see the whole incident, as someone from outside Europe. There ARE problems with the Turkish fans, which may or may not happen after provocation. The definition of provocation though is very subjective. I mean... you could call my mom all sorts of names and I wouldn't really care, I'd only reply in the same manner. Violence, for me, is unacceptable is most cases. Some people boo anthems, and some people think it's an outrage. I surely wouldn't be happy if someone booed the national anthem of my country, though I wouldn't want to hurt/kill anyone because they did that... some people may think differently though...
As a Brazilian, I know how being hot blooded feels... but I try my very best to control my actions, or at least accept that I have to take responsibilities for everything I do, whether or not it was in the heat of the moment, whether or not I was provoked first.
So yeah, I do think the Turkey FA must be punished be it by losing the home advantage, having to play matches with closed doors or being suspended from competitions. I shouldn't have to say this, but I will... I have nothing against Turkish people, culture or anything like that. If it happened in Brazil, England, Germany or Japan, I'd still want them to be punished.

Now ya see, If Europe is going to work we can't have bitchfights amongst one another like this, remember we've already had to endure 2 wars; If we have mentality problems with certain fans who are too ultra-nationalist to enjoy &/or comment on a quality football game with peace & order in mind, then they specifically should be dealt with. Not a whole country based on the generalisation plea...

I'm surprised to hear reports of zenophobic (well sentimental attack on another country) violence coming from a neutral country, but if it's true, shame on those fans. Also shame on the coach who started the postmatch ruccus in the second leg. Both teams are at fault. In fact, Shame on anyone who either condones, takes part in or tries to inflame this bonfire... That's becuase we all believe in the good of football. Do we remember the 3rd place playoff @ Korea/Japan. I certainly do..

I'm most happy to hear the result 4-2 lots of goals, now that's a football match !

Congrats to Switzerland but it's sad to not see Turkey in Germany nxt year.

Also i think there's a distrust factor here, and its all got to do with migrant intergration. & It's occuring across much of Europe, unfortunately. Some Germans against thier former allys the Turks, the French Riots, & football rascism in Spain. Again, can't we just all get along? & if we can't why shouldn't we?

& thats My 2 cents :jap:
