Meanwhile, something I still haven't figured out, maybe someone could help:
Why do some boots require texture - bump - reflex sequence and others need texture - reflex - bump in order to look as intended?

Do you mean FIFA14 vanilla textures?
Just FIFA14 fotmat textures you can find in this bootpack (if you export the pngs from rx3s with rx3master) or anywhere else on the forums

However, I just collect and rename the boots by years and packs, I don't make them.
Hey mate, sorry to bother again.
Would you be able to send me all your boot textures that would fit the ea standard fifa 14 boot model please in 1024x1024 or 512x512 if you can?
We managed to attach this boot model to our rugby body model and are keen to see what we can do.
Also if you have all the later or old boot models + a list of the model IDs that match all your boot textures in your sputnik pack, could I have them in a .zip also?

Hey man!
There are quite a few boot models in default F14 and especially in Sputnik, and each texture usually fits only that particular model.
As far as I am aware, the last game to have one standard boot model for all boots was F09? Those textures are mostly interchangeable.
Unfortunately I don't have the models and textures separately with IDs, but feel free to export any texture you need with rx3master and fit it onto corresponding models.

Dear boot connoisseurs, with the amazing Tokke's tool we can basically convert any boot from anywhere now.
Do you care if the boot is from a FIFA16 bootmaker with higher quality or EA's better model?
For example:
On the one hand we have "official" EA's Switch boots converted, like these World Cup 2018 Mercurial and Superfly:
Advantages: official 3D models
Disadvantages: LQ (x512) and missing laces on MV (may be possible to find identical Switch model with laces though)
On the other hand, back in 2018 F16 bootmakers were making their own versions of the same boots which can now be converted to F14, like these World Cup 2018 Mercurial and Superfly:
Advantages: HQ texture (x2048 even when downscaled to x1024)
Disadvantages: "non-official" 3D models with occasional artifacts.
In other news, Sputnik v4 beta is scheduled to arrive this month following the release of CP 4.0 and Jbou's 2010s addon, potentially with quite a few new features, as well as carefully selected authentic boots for each era and season, as always.

I am still hopelessly trying to find Sydney Leroux's tattoo for my Womens Football Patch:

These are not face packs, just individual faces found online and assigned to different years.
You can find a lot of Messi variants in Classic Patch 14 thread, for example.

Is there anyone passionate about modern boots?
1) footballbootsdb, the source I often use, is broken as they are updating players with current boots even in the WC22 section.
Like these are not WC22 boots:
Anyone has the screenshots/boot list from the WC period?
2) I'm trying to add WC 2022 boots to the pack and usually players wear the latest WC collection but with in 2022 it looks like everyone wore whatever he liked. eg Mercurials:
Any ideas on how to structure Sputnik for WC22 while keeping both the variety and the presence of WC22 colelction I guess?

Truth be told, something went wrong with rx3/lua files and I got buried in trying to find the reasons for the game crashing. And also people seemingly hhad little interest in this.
I can send you the beta for testing if you would like to participate in the research.
