Emerson is really starting to concern me..he should have been sent off with that horrible challenge on Messi. Capello needs to bring him off asap.

i must admit this loss is painful casue its el clasico ; but what bothers me more is that valencia and sevilla won and they have catch up; Rm doesnt bother me that much ; they are not a real threat for the title for us; iam more worried about valencia and sevilla; even deportivo

If this Real team start playing like this consistently, that's a scary thing for the rest of Spain and Europe.

I think it's got more to do with Barca being rather poor on awayground at this time of the season.

Congratulations to Real Madrid. Fully deserved win, great display.

I won't analyse the match because I don't have the time nor the will.

All I'm going to say is: Barcelona depend on Samuel Eto'o. I think that's the most obvious thing we learned this week.

Again, congrats. Could have been more.

They don't have Eto'o. Even against Sevilla at home they were very lucky to get the win.

excellent game today, thats what i call fighting spirit. Emerson is too violent tho, but i dont give a sh*t right now. im off to celebrate the vicotry!

2-0 FT.

Ah what a game, could have been 4-0 if not for the post.

Casillas - did well.
Ramos - very nicely done, what a cross for Raul.
Helguera - gaining his confidence back and did alright
Canna - another good game from him, broke up some good attack and looked solid
Carlos - Did bad in the first half ( Messi was too much for him ) but did ok for the second half.
Diarra - helped the defence but had bad passing and shooting.
Emerson - did well today which is a suprise, covered a lot of ground and helped both attack and defence but he could have been sent off today.
Raul - opened up the game with a great header than played his heart out. Helped the defence too.
Robinho - Hot damn, ripped the Barca defence apart on many occasions. My only compliant is his bad finishing but who cares he played awsome.
Guti - did well, started the attack on both goals.
RVN - Scored a goal and thats it, should have had another.

For Barca, Messi was very good at least in the first half. Dinho, Deco, Zambrotta, Guddy were really crap.

Unfortunately Barcelona had only one player up to the level of today's match, and that was Messi. The rest were piss poor, especially Ronaldinho and Xavi.
