No, the starting 11 is set and the substitutes can only come on in cases of elimination or injury.

Massive how serious does the injury have to be, do they have to be ruled out for the tournament?

we should pick lineup each matchday. When the first games start we will know which players would be starting. You would be screwed if Sterling was on the bench for all the games.

Some of you guys really have no idea how much work it is to organize this (even more by myself), especially after the competition starts with the scores and shit.

We do it the way it's been planned all along and if you wish this to work differently you can and should take the initiative to start a Draft yourselves with different rules in the future. I remember us discussing thoroughly how this would work back in 2014 and in the end it was agreed to be done this way. It's not a perfect system but it's the one that's realistically possible for me to handle and work with.

The rules are pretty clear so I suggest you stop asking to change stuff because it's not going to happen. Of course, whoever disagrees with this can always suck my dick.
