Thats not true is it? He hardly had an impact all tournament. Messi had better performances in WC I think. But winning the tournament with Portugal as captain is monumental still. There will be few players who get close to him now and for Portugal its highly unlikely anyone will for a very long time at least.

Just to clarify - at midnight my time (just under 12 hours from now) SKIPPING rules will come into effect. Whoever is up to pick at that moment will have 6 hours FROM that point.

Skipping rules will be very strict this year. If you are skipped once, you will have ONE FEWER hours for the next pick, so 5 until you are skipped, then four, three, down to minimum of two. NO EXCEPTIONS

In addition, any player who is skipped for the first two rounds is KICKED OUT. in this case an exemption will be made for players who PMed picks but those players got taken.

In the group stages Ronaldo did not make much impact but made an impact in the Quarter and semis. Messi was the other way round. Was a hero in the group stages against teams like Iran and Nigeria and was invisible in the semis and final.
