Ahh, one thing: Is there any way to increase the transfers. There could be still a bit more. At least for me.
I agree. Unfortunately I can't currently get the computer to list much more than 60 players at a time.
When I started out I researched the number of transfers per window per club and came up with a figure that for roughly 5-6 times the current rate of transfers.
About 8 months ago I managed to get it up to 142 pages. However I lost everything and am not sure quite how I managed it. So I know it CAN be done... but how? Not so sure.

But look at it this way - FIFA's career files never seem to change much. At least now we have a blueprint for next year's manager mode. For FIFA 12 I might even be inclined to acquire some real knowledge and collaborate with other people to take a deeper look at the code, rather than making a glorified tweak file
Excellent work, I've spend many many hours trying to tweak this damn file also to get some form of realism during a manager mode season. I look forward to trying it out.
The funny thing I've realized about mods is that for every good mod out there, there must be dozens of people with personal mods who are just too shy or uncertain to release their own to the general public. That was essentially what happened with this one until last week. Glad you're enjoying it.
Feel free to make and release your own changes. If you want i'll put them up on this thread and maybe even consider incorporating them. That goes for everyone! 
For the past 10 months I had been playing Fifa 11, and believe me, I never enjoyed MM due to many bugs and transfer issues. I am not saying that your patch irons out the bugs, but I will definitely say that I am enjoying the MM for the first time after using your patch FROM SECOND SEASON (I followed your instructions to skip first season). Loads of transfers with realistic transfer values - man I like this patch very much. Where were you for the last 10 months?
Well eight months ago I deleted the first (and more buggy) iteration of this mod in a fit of pique/frustration. That was stupid.
Then I restarted it three months ago, sat on it for a bit and finally released it last week.

Few questions (nooby):
1. Simulate match always simulate the entire season? At least it did for the first season (I did so as you instructed to skip the first season).
No it doesn't. In fact if you follow those instructions and then play the match personally, it will still simulate the entire season afterwards!
2. New season offers (after being fired by board) : always 10 offers? Not more than that? And that too based on my reputation set in career.ini? Random 10 offers for best 10 clubs?
Seems that way. Additionally I was testing it recently and it seems to round up to the nearest 10 in terms of reputation, so there is actually a very limited pool of teams and leagues available. I might have to fool around with it a bit to try some things out. I have no time to edit at the moment but these values in particular I recommend playing around with:
JOB_OFFER_PRESTIGE_DELTA_NOT_FIRED = 0 //original = 0
JOB_OFFER_PRESTIGE_DELTA_FIRED = 0 //original = -2
3. Is there any way to skip certain leagues or teams in transfer zone?
Unfortunately not. Ideally I agree there should be a system like Football Manager where you can pick which leagues you want for your game.
4. Is there any way to fix foolish lineup issues made by MM (Assistant coach turned OFF)?
Which lineup issues in particular are you referring to?
Turning the Assistant Coach OFF should sort them out for your squad.
Also remember that the game is hard coded to reorganize your squad whenever you buy or sell anyone.
i have a problem. the player in my team when i play mm grow faster than other. i think this problem was solved. and old players grow to much too. usualy when i play with teams like valencia. player grow normal. messi is the best, then ronaldo and drogba has 87 then 85 next season, ... but when i play with barca, messi has 96 ovr, xavi and iniesta have 94 ovr. or if i play with chelsea drogba has first 87 but then after 2 seasons he has 92. thats the problem. old players grow to much.
Hmm. Sounds like I still need to test player's growth values. I played four seasons with Rangers and they seemed mostly fine. What does everyone else think?
PS - Did you by any chance improve your coaching facilities? I haven't really touched that area of the game yet. I don't add to them myself because they seem to have too big an impact on improving players by giving them form and experience bonuses. That might be the problem.
I guess my current manager mode progress won't work anymore?
Actually it will. However all the clubs wages and transfer budgets will be screwed up come next season.

Once again, everybody feel free to mess around with the code and suggest changes/improvements. I'd love to continue this mod but unfortunately can't due to real life commitments that will involve being without a gaming PC for an long period of time.
