Russian league and more teams to expand IEM 23

I am also developing a Russian league for 23-24 fifas, but as I understand correctly, you are creating a league and not replacing an existing one? And another small question do you not know how to add a real design, that is, a scoreboard and a cut scene when announcing lineups

The limit of soccer teams is at the limit of the kits! For example, I won't add more than this list so I don't have to delete the 3 important team kits!
