Russian league and more teams to expand IEM 23

Hello friends! I hate war more than anything in the world. The war is horrible, Ukraine is a tremendous victim of the war but so is Russia, because in Russia there are people who are contracting the war, that is why I think that the Russian teams do not deserve to be forgotten or the Russian league, because the Most players are changing because of this Russian war! And that's why I would like to launch the Russian league for fifa 23 compatible with IEM 23! Someone help me?

My idea is to create a Russian league with 20 teams, the 16 from last season + (Baltika, Rubin Kazan, Yenisey and Nefthekhimik) what do you think?

why the 4 extra ones?
there is also a lot of info for the second tier of Russian football so maybe we could do the Russian Premier League with 16 clubs (1st Tier) and the Russian First League with 18 clubs (2nd Tier)
and we can just use the ones of this season because the 2023-2024 clubs r already announced

ok i agree russian league is a very good league

It seems too much to me to do the 2 leagues, I would focus on making one, and I would prefer to save the time of the second league by making a Hungarian or Bulgarian or Belarusian league... There are countries like the Dutch league or Portugal that do not have a second league and they are also very powerful
