Does anyone see more than three benchplayers per team in any games? I added benchplayers before I got the game, I now think only three textures and models are used.


I wrote a script to batch convert the moddingway benchplayer naming format to the RM13 format. Put the script in the same folder as the benchplayer files and run. A text file with a list of statements is also generated.

For anyone interested in doing the inverse, the moddingway format is based on a shared model and 3 textures with different skin tones.

can you make it easier like this: every player using boot id 0 and 15-20 (generic) randomly assigned another boot id except 0 and 15-20 :biggrinx:

That link worked. I tested the file and the automatic face detection works fine.




You add a statement with a list of boot ids, eg {21,22,23,23,25,26,27,28,29,30}, and every player using the recolourable generic boots (id 0) will be allocated a boot id from the list. Players using the generic designs of ids 15-20 are not effected because replacing those textures is easy.

Some users may have already changed the textures of IDs 15-20 and assigned those to players. I think it is best to let users specify the replacement list, I do not want to restrict to the original boot IDs when users may want to add the IDs of new boots.

It is the limitation problem, move the statements to an external file and you can add more.

Hi guys, need some assistance here. Basically what I want to achieve is to assign specific face to player with generic face.

I understand that I need both iard68 and revolution mod 13. Now bear with me because both tools are very new to me. I tried to reading manuals and tutorials but i still failed to assign specific face.

Assuming I just finish installing FIFA 13 and intend to assign specific face (which I downloaded) to Suso, this is what I will do and please let me know where I did wrongly:

1. Install i68 regenerator 3.1 UL
2. Install revolution mod 13
3. open i68 and regenerate (apparently i can't regenerate all the files, so I only regenerate "data1", I dont know how they are different from each other though)
4. Copy Suso's file (head, face, hair, etc) to C:\Program Files (x86)\FIFA 13\Game\data\sceneassets
5. find out Suso's id, which is 202651, copy id
6. open player lua file in C:\Program Files (x86)\FIFA 13\Game\data\fifarna\lua\assets
7. Write the following statement assignPlayerFace(202651) below "assignPlayerSkinTone(167387,6)"
8. save the file

now when I click "save", it was stated "access denied", hence I was never able to save my lua file.

I appreciate if someone can guide me on this or direct me to a comprehensive tutorial, the are tonnes of wonderful faces created, I feel that is a shame if I am not able to play my fifa 13 with those fantastic faces. Thanks!

@scouser Is it possible to disable the name and kit number for a particular kit with rev mod 13.
Is so what should be the statement.

Make sure you have write permissions for your FIFA 13 directory (http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/windows-7-access-denied-permission-ownership), this is probably why you can not regenerate or save files. You must regenerate after installing the mod to make the game read it. Specific faces are detected automatically from V1.2, statements to enable then are not required. Also, face files should not be in FIFA 13\Game\data\sceneassets, different parts go in different subdirectories of that folder.

No, you can do this easily with CM13. Set all coordinates for these items to 0 and save the kit file. This data is stored in the kit rx3 not the DB.

Possibly a mistake in one of your your player.lua statements, statements before will work, statements after will not.

it should be "FFcc3333", not 0 xFFcc3333, and what the hell is 1962.0? should be 1962,0 all , never .

I will do this, but I will link it to teams rather than stadiums so teams sharing a generic stadium are not all affected.

There are alot of errors, you must read the manual and study the examples more carefully. Your assignKitDetails statements are based on the ones from FIFA 12, there are now two extra parameters and the format of the name colour has changed. You have separated some parameters by full stops (.), when you should only use commas (,). You are also not adding comments properly, they must start with "--" not "-".

I have not added support for using other generic GK kits. Why not enable the specific GK instead, Mogolos has made it, search his thread.

but i want every team to have the same training kit in arena mode, or if it already possible can you show the example? thanks.
