A single Uefa logo in front(like a club logo) and patches on the sleeves-"Euro 2004 dream team"(text) on one sleeve and Euro 2004 logo on the other.

If you're looking for a EURO 2004 All Star team kit, I suggest you check the Breamster.com forums. In the FIFA 2004 Kits forums, round 3 of the kit making contest is going on. And I'll tell you, the best kits you are ever going to find are right there. Choose your own home and away kits from those.

If you still want something else, then let me know, and I'll make something for you.

I can't find round 3 of the contest on Breamster forums. Only rounds 1 and 2.
