Drenthe should be placed on the benched and never come off it. Like I'v said before the kid just isnt good enough. That also explains Gago's performance. If you have such a player next to you as Drenthe then you cant do anything good. Over to another problem and I think a much bigger problem. And thats Robinho's case. I think that playing him as a (right) winger is just disgusting. The guy cant play there, its as obvious as it can be. Capello got great things out of him on the left side, because he could get inside and do his stepovers. Now all of that is very ineffective. If he comes inside then he has a weak left foot. And if he goes outside then he has to cross the ball wich isnt his strongest point. The kid needs some freedom to move. I'm 100% sure that if he plays as a SS he could score like 10-15 goals a season. (But Raul plays there and there is no reason to bench Raul atm, he is fantastic) Now he is just ineffective. Schuster might just think about getting Juanfran back by using that cursed buy back option. He is a great Rightwinger. He shows it week in week out at Osasuna. We just might have to think about that alternative.

well guys look at this way, last season you guys started the first half of the season the same way, getting points out of nothing at some point undeservly and still end up winning la liga.... if you guys didnt complain then , why would you now.... iam not really sure but after seeing the getafe match this just looks to much familiar.

all of us pretty much know that this real madrid is a work in progress, still a long time to go, a lot of new players of corse its gonna take time for the team to gel, but as long as we keep getting the points iam happy.

No, they just swapped positions all the time.

I think Schuster should make up his mind, and start using the same system and men regularly. Those stupid rotations are killing us.

why use drenthe in midfield, he sucks there, he should of played sniejder or baptista in that position, or played baptista with raul and sniejder with gago in midfield.

you cant do that when you have 2 matches in a week, we have 2 quality players for each position so i dont think its a bad idea to rotate players.

Definatly. This rotation system is really pathetic. We became champions last year, without any rotation. Now ofcourse, everyone should get his chance, but thats done now. All the players have showed what they can and what they cant, so Schuster should start the best. Iker, Raul, Ruud, Robinho, Ramos, Canna, Diarra, Sneijder (and Robben) should always be in the starting line up. When Pepe and Metze recover they should be fighting for a place alongside Canna. Drenthe shouldnt get too many chances anymore, he wasted all of them. Marcelo did good on the games he played, but he is still young and Heinze is a safer option. Gago is a direct replacement for Diarra and is quality. I dont mind seeing a rotation in that position. Diarra is better atm though. Higuain is doing good, but isnt a winger and should get his chance playing as a SS. In short, we have a talented squad, but the first eleven should get the chance to gel together. The rotation doesnt help at all. Some players look lost on the pitch. Look at Robinho, the kid had a world class Copa America, and when he comes back he actually has the worst start of the season since joining us. Ruud also didnt have a great season start.

You make a good point but when you have 3 games in 7 days you have no choice but to rotate to keep everyone fresh.

when we have one game a week we will play pretty much play the same 11. thats what happend last season at the end when we were out of the CL and Spanish cup so we only had 1 game a week and there was no point in changing the side because they had plenty of time to rest.

the game nowadays is much tougher and faster so its almost impossible to play the same eleven every game.

the goal was not offsides btw, it is clear that it is not...If it was I would admit it , but it was a legal position for Robben...anyway...the rotations have done their part to hurt us, but the real culprit was the international stoppage....that threw all of our rithym off and well you can know what happened from there...

look at this one mate, i can show you thousands of diferent ones that show its an offside and thousands that is not and offside, everyone sees what they like, including merengues... on the other hand my opinion wasnt only based on what i saw, but what i heard on the news too, for example marca who are 100% pro madrid mention it was an offside, but like i said before if it was an offside or not what does it matter now... but still i show the pic cause it does not always depend who you ask (Y)

look a head man is offside
The question is if the head counts or it is the feet what marks the line... Anyway, one day referees give you and another day they rob you, so who cares ;)
