Sadly this appears to be true. Even the faces from FIFA 18 PC and the WC Update are not in the game files. I'm now testing some other files.

FIFA18 PC faces were in FIFA18 PS3 but they are not in FIFA19 PS3?

Yes, this is true, but the issue we had (I don't know if this has been solved yet) is that when the files were extracted they didn't have the correct filenames. So it take a very long time to find the correct files.
Not all the faces from FIFA 18 PC were in the PS3 version. There were about 150 missing. There are some face updates in FIFA 19 (like Lloris here) I am yet to check all the files.

Maybe, but I'm not really motivated to do it. The other areas of my mod will take quite some time. I'm going to work on that first.

Guys, I don't get it. Are you saying that we don't have any of the new faces in PS3 files? I've seen recently that faces will be included... Did you get the files @HarryBullZak ?

So did I. There are some updated faces, but I'm yet to go through all the files. I'll upload files as soon as I can. It was the only reason I held back from searching through the FO4 files. Something I still don't want to do now really
You posted this in my thread twice (even though I said I won't be taking requests). It takes too long to convert. Not worth it, especially considering there's already a face for him. After I've finished my mod, I'll review faces and maybe do some updates.could you convert this model from pes 2017 to fifa 14?

Salah. Apparently he has two textures in FO4 different folders. Both files are named 000000d0, so maybe the names aren't completely random.

Hey guys, does anyone know is it at least possible to get face textures from FIFA 19 PC and if it is the same as FIFA 14? Maybe it's a stupid question and maybe it's impossible but I was just curious...
I m still in shock man, I still can't believe we will not have those Fifa 19 faces. I still hope to find a solution or something, I was waiting those faces for so long. Damn EA!!

Yeah, but just some of them... Newcastle, Huddersfield, some Brighton, some from World cup update, but not all... And a bunch of Japanese, but it's hard to identify that players... I am wondering if we can get at least all textures from fifa 19 and then I could play with models and maybe recreate some faces...

@RALE Look what I did 
@mita996 sent me some of the icons he was able to find from FO4. I used the same method I sent you the other day for conversion, but this time I used Base model 0 (Caucasian 0) for the conversion and it worked.
I obviously need to fix the head positioning and eyes, but it works. Some other good news. I think I might be able to do the hair too. I won't be able to try my idea until tomorrow but we are progressing...
