You'll get a job easily in Tesco’s or something.

Like TROD said if you live in student accommodation on campus it's rather cheap but you'll be sharing with other students so to speak. If you want to be more free and have your own gaff elsewhere in the city then the rent will be a hell of a lot more than that.

yeah totally agree with that, if you're a bit of a loner or dont like the english townies then you'll have to pay ALOT. with a bit of looking you should get a better job than TESCO's maybe Sainsbury's!!!!

I got a summer job at Alton Towers last year for £7/hour, not bad. There's always jobs like barwork, supermarket staff in the UK. If not, just set up a boulangerie

4+ a month? that's about 200 pounds per person then? Quite cheap I think, considering lodging was 90 pounds p/week.
