Though match for us but we have better players than England, if we keep the same spirit of the last 2 matches we'll win again.

My guess is that we're gonna beat England 2-1, dont' care who scores. (H)

You guys are waiting for Germany to be in the quarters? they are a pain to watch and the weaker german NT ive ever seen since i was born...anyway, u english shouldnt be so confident, How will Cole run forward with Ronaldo in his side and Miguel or Paulo Ferreira back in the defense? bah, well talk thursday...

I was hoping we would get Portugal.........revenge will be sweet........they sure aint the team of 4 years ago and thats a fact....and they need to step up a few gears if they are to stand any chance.......I think Croatia was a harder test than Portugal will be.......dont get me wrong here .......I really admire Portuguese football and their players but they really have not gelled as a team at all ......not to say they wont gell of course....but i feel that if they could perform better they would have done it by now.......but as we know anything can happen on the day........thats why we all love it i guess.......it will be a great game by two teams with honour(as long as Deco cuts out the diving of course)...C'MON ENGLAND :rockman:

Hopefully Paulo can make a mistake against US as he did against Greece! So he'll be a bit nervous!

You are talking about diving already? You trying to turn this into a Manchester United vs Fc Porto thread? I hope if you guys lose that you come with that sorry ass excuse about diving. Deco doesn´t need to dive to dribble any english player.

I strongly disagree with you mate. Portugal will be England's toughest match. They have the home fans cheering them on, they also have world class players such as Deco and Figo. They will 100% be a harder test than Croatia. I just hope we win this game and face Germany. This game is 50/50 IMO.

Yet again though we saw Ashley Cole's wayward runs that left us bare on the left side and that's where most of their successful crosses came from.

It frightens me what Ronaldo will do to him :eek:

I think Ashley Cole already knows Ronaldo and won´t have as much difficulties as Raul Bravo. The real challenge is Neville against Figo but Neville has alot of experience.
