PES4 PC Online League

I think there will be a problem if this league were to start. I mean there players all over the world already chosen their team. Even if we continue there will be stuff like players dropping off the league because of lagging. I myself am going to make a league for people in my country. My friend is going to get a domain name after we decide on a name. If this league were to continue we'd probably have to divide it to different regions of players playing from.

Will make a thread here to recruit some players over here whose interested that play pes4 pc online in singapore. I might be using some of the rules by wolf as a guideline to mine if wolf doesn't mind.
[Edit]I've decided to use only the rules by Wolf on quitting. The rest I decided by myself. But it is similar to Wolf's.

I am here to announce the beginning of the PES4 Online League. We're in the process of constructing the site at the moment. Here's the link to the site.

I'm going to give you the rough guideline to the league:
-Each team plays every other teams 2 times
-Home(Host) and Away(Client)
-Club teams only
-15 minutes per match
-Green Condition Arrow
-Quitting rules. This league is based on a fair amount of trust. If you opt out of a game because you're losing then you take a 3-0 defeat just like you would if you walked off the field in real life. The only time this rule will be changed is if it is tactical. e.g. a player wins 4-0 in the first leg so the other player decides to forfeit as this will mean they'll go through. In situations like this, the player who forfeits gets knocked out. If your PC cuts off against your will, if it is past the 55th minute then the score will stand (i.e. ten minutes into the 2nd half just like real soccer). Anything less than this and there will be a rematch. If somebody is down by so many goals before the 55th minute, a rematch will probably go the same way scorewise anyway.
