Yeah, but PC's have evolved much more in that year. The requirements for CM4 are lower than most games on the market.

I know - it is a shame. I'd like to have lots of the small crappy divisions on out of interest but I cant :(

I have 2.6 GHz, 256 MB DDR (:(, am looking to expand a bit at that end: dad??), the game advises 11 divisions after defragmentation. It advised 6 before, so it does help indeed...

I am running 45 btw, and it does the trick, but it's as slow as... Well think of something yourself, as I can't think of anything as slow.

Technology moves too fast mate. I could buy a computer tomrrow, the PC would be useless after 2 odd years. I don't see the point in upgrading Might as well buy a whole new pacakge.

One of us tends to do that every year (my dad, my brother, and I). This way we keep up pretty good. But this one is only 4 months old, so I have to wait for another 6 months at least, or it'll grow old too soon as well.

766 mhz, 128 RAM.... runs fine with one division (premier Polish)selected...

it reccomended me 6 divisions, I selected English without Conference + Polish + Serie A and it was crap, took too much time to simulate the CPU games.

I had one league and it still took ages to sim games etc on my AMD athlon 2000XP+ :(

I think theres a list going about saying that enrichment pack 2 may help with this

Ok my cpu is only 750 mhz but I have 750mb ram.
(And I put that much almost only to play cm4!)
As it eas always cm4 is very ram depended.
So I even without a last generation proccesor can play cm4 really smooth.
So here is my advice if you want to play cm4 faster upgrade your ram. it is not expensive and it will make a great difference.

;)

I am actually looking to expand my ram from a measly 256MB to an extra 256DDR (Y)

Thanx for the advice ;)

It was always the ram witch was important in cm series..
In cm4 the proccesor speed is important too but with 512 or more ram cm4 will be flying :rockman:

I'm looking to upgrade to something in the region of a 2.4GHZ processor and add another 256meg of ram to my 256..I hope that will sort it out.

Also, changing your VMU setting helps a lot as well.
