You can find the IDs in CM. As for the assignements, have a look at Revolution Mod's PDF of how to assign stuff to refs. Follow the face assignements instructions to find the proper way

Don't worry I always change my boots so I'll probably re-release every single one of them with another reflex or so. I tend to make boots shine a little more because in real life they always do due to them always being a bit wet because of the watered turfs.
