I think it would be a mistake, a huge one. Arsenal is one hell of a well-oiled machine, and thus I think they have a much better chance in Europe than Real, who are a bunch of great individuals, but it certainly remains to be seen if they can form a great team.

And yet they both fell out in the QF of the Champions league :).
And i think this year, Arsenal wont do much better.

We should've of won that tourny... anyway Arsenal have an excellent future ahead of them. Mardid don't, they're aging, and fast.

Figo and Zidane are aging, but Real Madrid will just buy someone when they leave. I dont like it, but they have the money, so what.

Plus, if Arsenal will lean on their youth in Europe, the lack of experience will kill them.

You do know that Ronaldinho will be at the Santiago Bernabeau in a few years time right? And it is pertty much inevitable that one of Ruud Van Nistelrooy or Thierry Henry will be joining him around that time. Even if you refuse to believe this, age is not a factor cause Real will just buy the best player and make up for the age difference !:crazyboy:

Vieira will stay. Real Madrid will fail this season as well.

They got Beckham, the guy who thinks more about promotions. They got Zidane, the guy who is totally done. They got Figo, the guy who has played the most last season including the EURO, expect to see the worst FIGO ever next season. They got Guti, Ms. Fashion girl, they got Raul, the guy that misses goal 0/10 chances.:kader: They got Helguera, the most overrated defender in the world, they got Salgado, the guy who attacks instead of defend. They got Pavon, the most mediocre defender along with Helguera. They got Roberto Carlos, just like Salgado, he attacks instead of defending. They got Ronaldo, the guy that gets injured all of the time.

The only good guys I see in that team are Samuel and Casillas. Poor Samuel, he went to a club where they have the worst DEFENSE in la Liga. It's only him and Casillas against the world. Casillas should go to a real club like Barca, Manchester United, Chelsea, Milan, or Juventus. Samuel should go back to Roma, he shouldn't have moved first of all. I'm afraid his career will be ended by Real Madrid's hands. And take in mind I'm NEUTRAL. I don't really support a club, just Samuel as a player. But I must say that Real Madrid are the most overrated club in the world. I still wonder why Samuel said "YES" to Real Madrid.:kader: Bad choice Samuelito, very bad choice.:kader: That's why Carvalho didn't want to move to Real Madrid.

As of now, Barcelona, Deportivo, and Valencia are the better teams. Those teams are world class. But out of those 3, Barcelona is the team with the best players on each position. I don't really like the club, but I must admit they probably have the best squad along with Milan. No doubts about this. I don't want to see SAMUEL without a title next season, but it's very ASURED he will not get anything at all in that mediocre club which I happen to not hate, but dislike for ruining players careers. (Redondo, Seedorf, Eto'o, etc) Now that's what I call real talent. Real Madrid will not get VIEIRA. But they should at least try to bring in Eto'o, Seedorf, Redondo, Ronaldinho, Nesta, and players with those characteristics. If they don't do that by this season, consider it once again a FAILURE. I still have my doubts if they will end up in the 10th spot.:kader:

I'm not trying to provoke a war, just stating my point of view.:mrpimp:

Samuel_19, does your mother dominate you?

No, does your mom to you? Respect if you want to be respected. I'm only giving my point of view man. Real Madrid are a complete wasted team.

with the same team last year, minus Samuel, Real was leading by 9 points at the half point of the season. Its only Querioz's inability to use some replacements when players were tired, that cost them the title. And the lack of depth on the bench. Although there were some fantastic players on the bench.

Apparently Arsenal have told Madrid that...they will give them an answer to their offer for Viera on Tuesday afternoon.

They're hoping to use the delay to try and re-convince Viera to stay.
