She's not ugly either.
Well, some would disagree based on that picture but yeah, she isn't ugly, I'll give you that. She looked pretty cute in "Me, Myself, and Irene."

what did you guys think of Chris Rock hosting?

I liked his opening work, but it was too StandUp comedy, and I didnt like how he insulted (not literaly) some people like Jude Law and Nicole Kidman.
And some jokes were too obvious like the Catwoman 2 joke to Halle Berry (:/)

hehehe. it was great to see Eternal sunshine grab best screenplay. too bad it didn't get a nomination for best movie.

It's quite clear that the Oscars are trying to spice it up a bit heavily influenced by the MTV Movie Awards and they haven't got it quite right. It's still a bit dull and boring.

They should get someone like Robin Williams hosting a show.

He did a good job considering he had to tone it down compared to his usual material. Come on Hakeem, he was there to joke. I'm referring to how you say you didn't like how he insulted Law and Kidman, don't go Sean Penn on us now. ;) Rock did well but he's not suited for these types of formal award shows.

Chris Rock was pretty good (Y)

Much better than the usual conservative crap from Billy Crystal.

About him insulting people :s, gawd why can't you take a little bit of dark humour?
