Backup your existing db, reinstall one from the version manager and then copy back the backed up one .

Can you explain how to „reinstall one from the version manager”?
Open the game folder and launch the "FIP version manager" and select a new version and apply

-Squads not updated - 13th February 2023 (the community can assist here).
-ONLY Original FIFA 14 leagues are Playable in career mode.
-All additional UEFA Leagues and teams are available.
-All additional AFC leagues and teams are available.
-All additional CAF Leagues and teams are available.
-All additional CONMEBOL Leagues and teams are available.
-Concacaf league and teams are the same.
-UEFA Europa Conference League playable.
-CONCACAF Champions League playable.
-AFC Champions League playable (additional teams available in the group stages)
-CONMEBOL Libertadores playable.
-CONMEBOL Sudamericana playable.
-CAF is not playable but teams are available (you can add your favorite African teams in Fifa Club World Cup under Special Teams drop-down to play against them if you qualify for Fifa Club World Cup).
--Objectives available for career mode.
-Non-stadium version but can be installed if you have the FIP 14 V4 STADIUM pack and have been following this thread.
How to install
1. apply FIP14 v5.03 wit FIP14 Version Manager.
2. Copy the Game folder and Override.
3. Play!!!

I Re-Installed the game now its workingI have the same error when I'm trying to open CM15. Also when I open Fifa 14 and I'm waiting for select language, the game crashes. I tried regenerate with File Master but no result.
Earlier I made changes in database (just transfers and player's overalls changes). The game works just 2 days ago. Now crashesView attachment 129134

I have a half of success - I backuped the existing db (in 2 ways - by FIP version manager by "save version" and also I copied "db" folder from C

Program Files\EA Games\FIFA 14\Game\data). Then I applied FIP14 v5.03 UNOFFICIAL STAD version. The game works but without changes that I made earlier in CM15. Finaly I tried to apply my saved version by FIP Version manager - the game is not working. I steped back to FIP14 v5.03 UNOFFICIAL STAD version and tried to replace db folder by earlier copied "db" folder. The game is not working also. Is it any solution to bring back db with changes that I made in CM and play fifa without crashing?

I also had this same problem as I had updated squads and dozens of kits for the 2024 season. After I applied the unofficial version 5.03, I lost many of the changes I made, but the kits were still there. I had to reconfigure everything one by one in CM 14. Now it works fine and with the updates I'm doing. I have already put up more than 100 kits for the new season and have updated the top leagues with relegation and promotion.

Don't work. I can't load in my FIFA14. It has all the updates and the unofficial 5.03 version.

I am waiting for @Gamer_KR1925 update transfers.
Hope i am not too late, you can try a different theme, i used this theme and i had issues but i changed it to the Uefa Champions league and havent had issues so far.
Can anyone help me? I have installed Harry's FIFA 14's mode so many times before which worked extremely well. But yesterday I newly & freshly installed windows in my pc. After that I have tried to install FIP14 v5 Beta version so many times with fresh FIFA 14. Every time it gets installed, the game also runs fine, even Harry's name is also there while running the game.. but no sign of updated squads or themes. It is always showing the same FIFA 14's squad.

First of all, you need all the Harry's files on the first page. In order to install:

FIP14 v5.01 - UPDATE - UNRAR - COPY TO FIFA 14 GAME DIRECTORY - REGENERATE
FIP14 v5.02 - UPDATE - UNRAR - COPY TO FIFA 14 GAME DIRECTORY - REGENERATE
FIP14 v5.02 - HOTFIX - UNRAR - COPY TO FIFA 14 GAME DIRECTORY - REGENERATE
FIP14 v5.03 - UPDATE - UNRAR - COPY TO FIFA 14 GAME DIRECTORY - REGENERATE
FIP14 v5.10 AFC-CAF - UPDATE - UNRAR - COPY TO FIFA 14 GAME DIRECTORY - REGENERATE

Unrar the 5.00 part 1 and 2 with Winrar or 7Zip. Copy all the files to the FIFA14 Game folder. Use File Master to regenerate the files.
After that, unrar part 5.01 UPDATE and copy to FIFA14 Game directory. Regenerate with File Master and do the same thing with all the updates and the FACEPACKS. After everything is installed, open the .exe FIP Version Manager that is in the main directory of FIFA14 and choose version FIP14 5.03 ALP, install it and just enter the game and play. Do not forget that to install correctly you must use a clean version of the game and respect each installation step always using File Master to regenerate the files.
