Yep, that's the Centenario. Built for the 1930 World Cup, with 55-73k capacity.
However, when being built, there were some unexpected delays and the stadium wasn't finished for the kick-off match, so the first games were played at the Parque Central.
The stadium (Parque Central, I mean) was recently renovated, but really, the Centenario is the only real stadium we have that can be set as venue for this game.
