I'm a big Manning basher because he chokes in big games but he sliced up New England today and deserves credit. He still needs to win the Superbowl because if he doesn't he will be 1-3 in Superbowls and will still have a losing record in the playoffs but if he wins all the haters have to back off.
Brady still owns him in the head to head though (9-5 for Brady).

Not the prettiest game until the last quarter. Credit to Manning, he got the job done at home, and credit to his defense to protected him well. And I agree jschuck12001, he need to win the Superbowl to shut all the haters up. I for one will be happy to see Denver win it all, only because of John Fox.
not a bad year for a player coming off of 4 neck surgeries setting all types of records when everyone was saying he was done.

I dont have a problem with anything Sherman said except that Crabtree is garbage. Bottom line is Crabtree had Sherman beat and because the throw from Kapernick was short it allowed Sherman to get a hand on the ball, otherwise Crabtree catches it and its a matter of him getting 2 feet in-bounds.

i am not saying the pass wasn't part of the reason but as you said sherman had to turn around which means crabtree seen the ball when sherman didn't.
stopping and coming back to an under thrown pass is what he should have done, boldin would have came back, experience will do that for you.
