However I think this is also going to hugely affect the face makers in SG... The level detail and complexity of the models is getting so great

Unfortunately for them trying to use a players model for another, is going to be come a far more difficult task than before because they will have a more detailed model to try to mold into another players face.

The demo is one more minute per half longer on the PC version than it is on the console versions. Does that suggest that the pace of the game in FIFA 11 is slightly slower than the console versions?

Beacuse FIFA 10 on pc S U C K S!

FIFA 10 on PC does not suck. It's just not configured to be sim out of the box. You have to spend time redesigning the gameplay elements to get a game that is worthy of praise. Hopefully the FIFA 11 PC game is worthy of praise out of the box. Hopefully mods will not be needed to fix or hide problems like in FIFA 10. Hopefully there are no obvious bugs and overall a more thorough sim engine.

Thanks to the modders, the game IS playable :P But if you install FIFA 10 for PC with no mod at all, the game is soooo bad

I agree that the original gameplay isn't good. But nintendo 8-bit graphics? Come on. FIFA 10 PC has unlimited potential through gameplay modding. The bottom line is with mods, this game looks better than the console version and can play better than the console versions with the right gameplay balancing. With gameplay modding, FIFA 10 PC can become the most deep, polished sports simulation of all time. Believe me, I never thought so, but thanks the great work of the established modders, and the personal modding taking it to the next level, I cannot in my right mind say that FIFA 10 PC sucks. It is the best sports game ever once you realize what you can do to the engine. I either mod, test, or play FIFA 10 on the PC every day for usually a few hours. If it sucked, I would spend my time elsewhere.

We are in agreement here. That's what I mean by "it's not configured to be sim out of the box". FIFA 10 PC obviously requires modding. I hope FIFA 11 PC doesn't need modding to make the game playable to the extent that it did in FIFA 10 PC. But, anything is possible FIFA 11 on PC. There could be brand new problems that didn't exist in FIFA 10. There could be limitations. There also could be improvements. All I know if when FIFA 11 comes out on the PC, I won't be uninstalling FIFA 10, that's for damn sure.

Fifa 11 on PC will be great for sure without mods, BUT with mods will be AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
